Growing up in the 80’s Catrina was heavily influenced by artists like Patrick Nagel, Franca Sozzani, and Hajime Sorayama. She loved record album covers, fashion magazines, MTV music videos, comic books and video games.
It wasn’t until much later in life that Catrina discovered digital photography, and intuitively her experience as an artist naturally guided her ability to create beautiful images. Today she is armed with a fierce understanding of Photoshop, and honed artistic abilities that allow her portraits a unique, fine art experience for her and her subjects every time.
